At The Mobile Needle Nurse, we aim to make every order smooth, secure, and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will be delivered.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
During busier periods, public holidays, or promotional events, processing times may take slightly longer — we’ll always keep you updated if that happens.

Free Delivery: Orders over £50
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Local Delivery & Collection
If you’re based locally, you may be offered free local delivery or collection, depending on your location. This option will appear at checkout when available.
Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery times, occasional courier or postal delays can occur. These are unfortunately beyond our control, but we’ll do everything possible to help resolve any issues quickly.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email info@mobileneedlenurse.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll resolve it promptly through a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please get in touch so we can investigate with the courier.
Returns & Refunds
Please note: for hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (injection accessories) are non-returnable.
