1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between The Mobile Needle Nurse (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“the client” or “the patient”) regarding the provision of our clinical and wellness injection services.
By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment or subscription.
2. Services
The Mobile Needle Nurse provides professional, nurse-led injection services including:

Single Appointment Injection Service

Concierge Weight-Loss Injection Service
-
Refresher Injection Service
-
Sharps Bin Collection (where applicable)
All injections are administered in line with UK clinical and safety standards, using patient-supplied, legally prescribed medication only.
3. Subscription service
The Concierge Weight-Loss Injection Service operates as a subscription plan consisting of four (4) consecutive weekly visits.

After completing four visits, clients may take one (1) week break before the next cycle begins.

The subscription is ongoing and will automatically roll forward until cancelled in accordance with Section 5 (Cancellation).

Each visit includes a professional nurse-administered injection and basic health observations (weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and measurements).
4. Payments

Payment for subscription plans must be made in advance of the first session in each 4-week cycle.

No refunds will be issued for missed or unused sessions once the cycle has commenced.

Prices are subject to review, but clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel the subscription, written notice (email or text) must be provided at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle.

Cancellations made after this period will take effect from the following cycle.

Refunds are not available for unused or missed sessions within an active 4-week block.
6. Missed Sessions & Holidays

The subscription operates on a fixed 4-week cycle, and missed sessions cannot be carried over to future weeks.

If you are unavailable due to holiday, illness, or personal commitments, that session will be forfeited.

The “one-week break” can only be taken after completing a full four-week cycle.
7. Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

The new appointment must take place within one day (before or after) the due dose date to maintain safe dosing intervals.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be declined and counted as a missed session.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and up-to-date medical information.
-
Supplying their own legally prescribed medication (e.g. Wegovy, Saxenda, Mounjaro).

Storing medication safely and following nurse guidance between visits.

Informing us of any health changes, side effects, or new prescriptions.
9. Clinical Disclaimer

Services provided by The Mobile Needle Nurse are for administration and education purposes only and do not replace GP, pharmacy, or prescriber advice.

We do not prescribe medication. All injections must be prescribed and supplied via a registered prescriber or pharmacy.

By booking, you confirm that your medication is prescribed for your personal use and that you have disclosed all relevant medical history.
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We uphold full confidentiality and data protection in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your personal and medical information will only be used for care delivery and not shared without your consent unless required by law.

11. Liability
While all care is taken to ensure safety and accuracy, The Mobile Needle Nurse accepts no liability for:

Reactions caused by patient-supplied medication

Inaccurate information provided by the client

Failure to follow professional guidance

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
12. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
