Terms and Conditions – The Mobile Needle Nurse

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between The Mobile Needle Nurse (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“the client” or “the patient”) regarding the provision of nurse-led education and support services for injectable weight-loss medication.
By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your appointment.

2. Services

The Mobile Needle Nurse provides professional, nurse-led education and support sessions for adults prescribed injectable weight-loss medication, including:

  • One-to-one injection education sessions

  • Confidence-building and technique support

  • Refresher guidance for self-administration

All support is provided in line with UK clinical and safety standards. We do not prescribe, supply, or administer medication. All sessions are designed to complement the patient’s existing prescription and prescriber guidance.

3. Payments

Payment for sessions is required at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law, or in the rare event that we must cancel a session.

4. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed are non-refundable.

  • If The Mobile Needle Nurse must cancel a session, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date medical information relevant to the session

  • Supplying details of their legally prescribed medication for education purposes

  • Following guidance and advice provided during the session

  • Informing us of any health changes, side effects, or new prescriptions

6. Disclaimer

Services provided by The Mobile Needle Nurse are for education and support only and do not replace advice from a GP, pharmacy, or prescriber. We do not prescribe or administer medication. By booking a session, clients confirm that their medication is legally prescribed for their personal use and that all relevant medical information has been disclosed.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

We maintain full confidentiality and comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal and medical information is used only for educational support purposes and is not shared without consent unless required by law. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

While all care is taken to provide accurate education and guidance, The Mobile Needle Nurse accepts no liability for:

  • Misuse of patient-supplied medication

  • Inaccurate information provided by the client

  • Failure to follow guidance provided during the session

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be published on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
