Refund Policy

1. Overview

At The Mobile Needle Nurse, we take pride in providing safe, professional, nurse-led services.
This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued for appointments, packages, and subscription services.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. General Policy

Due to the clinical nature of our services and the time and resources reserved for each client, all payments are non-refundable once a booking or treatment plan has commenced, except where required by law.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as service cancellation by The Mobile Needle Nurse or proven clinical unsuitability prior to treatment.

3. Subscription Service Refunds

  • The Concierge Weight-Loss Injection Service operates on a rolling 4-week subscription model.

  • Once a 4-week cycle has begun, no refunds will be issued for unused or missed sessions.

  • Missed sessions due to holidays, illness, or personal commitments cannot be carried over or refunded.

  • Clients may pause their subscription only after completing a full 4-week cycle and with notice provided in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

  • Refunds are not available for late cancellations or non-attendance.

4. Single Appointments and Refresher Sessions

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

  • Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled to a later date at no charge.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.

  • If The Mobile Needle Nurse must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment time.

 5.Product Sales (Branded Kits, Sharps Bins, etc.)

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, no refunds or exchanges are offered for opened or used medical items such as needles, wipes, or sharps bins.

  • Unused, unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase, with proof of payment.

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Service Cancellation by The Mobile Needle Nurse

If a session, package, or subscription is cancelled by us for any reason (e.g. nurse illness, safety concern, or unavoidable circumstances), clients will be:

  • Offered a rescheduled appointment at no cost, or

  • Provided with a full or partial refund for the cancelled session (as applicable).

8. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
