Refund Policy

1. Overview

At The Mobile Needle Nurse, we provide professional, nurse-led education and support for adults prescribed injectable weight-loss medication. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for appointments and educational sessions. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. General Policy

All payments for booked appointments or educational sessions are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled, except where required by law. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as cancellation by The Mobile Needle Nurse or proven clinical unsuitability prior to the session.

3. Appointment Cancellations

  • Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled to a later date at no additional charge.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • If The Mobile Needle Nurse must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either a rescheduled appointment at no extra cost or a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund or Reschedule

5. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
